We recently got an electronic doggie door. While we are training them we have it set to unlocked. Our 50-pound lab mix has pretty much figured it out. However we also have midna the Chiweenie she is scared of the door I think so because we had to buy it says for the bigger dog and every time she considers going through right after Sarah it smacks her in the face. It is light enough for her to push it open if she decides to they both had the same training when we first got it but she refuses

So my puppy chews her fencing of her dog run. A high respected trainer recommended a remote stem collar, as it isn’t SA as she doesn’t care about me when she comes out just wants to sniff and play outside, so what I’m going to do is have someone leave in a car and stay and if she chews the run she gets a stem, the trainer said she trained a few dogs with same issue and fixed within a week -2. I got Esky Dog Shock collar a good brand? Is this mean? I think it’s crueler to let her break her teeth

We have a huge fenced in dog kennel about 30 feet from our house and our dogs go in it to use the bathroom. But when we take them out without leashes they run away. We already tried electric collers. Building a fence to the kennel is not an option. How do we do this???

My two six month old pups are labs they have recently learned to jump our fence, (4ft), and since have become to escape every chance they get. I thought punishing them by putting them in kennel when they return home, no treats, securing they on leash while outside, and staying outside until they completed their business and bringing them back into kennels. I'm at a lost at this point. I have extended the fence, I have blocked areas I know behavior is occurring... nothing is working.

My 3 year old American Pitbull Terrier is very obedient most of the time. I don’t have a closed yard, so I usually walk him around the block or take him outside briefly to pee. But lately he’s been giving me a struggle when it’s time to come into the house. He’ll resist until I have to tug harder on leash. Also, he’s been getting creative. He will procrastinate and make frequent stops to sniff the ground when we’re rounding the corner and close to home. Any advice?
