Why is my hamster above nose is yellow??

Hi. Two year old Syrian hamster is drinking his pee, despite having access to water. I keep giving him new water and he keeps peeing inside it. We give him water in bottle caps because he used his water bottle to escape from his cage in the past.

Hi my hamster sneezes occasionally for a few seconds at a time, especially after burrowing. She does not have discharge of her eyes and nose and she does not have laboured breathing either. So I am not sure if a trip to the vet is necessary as it does not seem like she has respiratory infection.

I had 2 white dwarf hamsters. One died recently unexpectedly. The other hamster sits in its play house. It is unactive with its eyes always shut. What do I do? Is it sick?

My hamster has a severe wound above her nose its bleeding and she sounds like she is squeeking or hard on breathing i think it's due to the bedding I used before what should I do?

I got a new Syrian hamster on Tuesday, he is 8-10 weeks old and seemed to be settling okay. The second day I noticed small amount of diahorria but never thought much of it. Since then it’s been fine but tonight I have checked and there’s a lot along with blood aswell.

My hamster, a siberian dwarf (male) has a red spot of skin showing under his body and his fur is gone in that spot. This is the first time it has happened and im very worried about his health and if this is a serious health issue. I found fur in his cage and this might have been from rubbing against parts of his cage but im insure. If you can, please take a look at this message and tell me what is going on and what i can do to help it. Thanks so much.

Hi there, I have a 2 and a half-year-old male Syrian hamster who has got, what looks like, a swollen belly. It is more at his back end and he has some dried faeces on his bum. When I feel it it is kind of airy and rounded and I don't know if it is serious or not. He was looking very healthy up to the point of around two years old, then his coat was not as shiny and he became more scrawny etc. I am really worried about him and I hope you can help.

Hi, I was wondering how much male Syrian hamsters are supposed to weigh. I’ve noticed Almond is getting really fat and he’s already bigger than any of the other Syrian hamsters I’ve had in the past. He’s close to double the size my other adult male was already. I don’t have a gram scale currently. Is it dangerous for them to be overweight? He has a wheel and a ball.

Hi. I just bought a syrian hamster from petco 4 days ago. Everything seemed fine until a few hours ago. Chip has only done two things today -- Use his wheel, and sit in a corner of his cage, staring. I'm worried that he might be getting ill?
