I sometimes worry about things and need to know if this time it is valid. The other day I took my dog to the dog park he was off playing and there was at least 15 dog at the dog park all playing and having a ball. My dog is a regular size Schnauzer but the dog I am writing about is not mine and he/she was a huskie puppy not tiny puppy it was at medium size at this point about 36 pounds. Anyway all of a sudden this dog started barking at me not an angry bark but just standing there barking at me.
My dog has lived outside in a wire pen cage almost his whole life.I hated that my dog was in that cage but my grandma dint want a dog inside the house so it had to be like that.I don't want to be mean to my dog nether do I want him in the cage.I talked to my parents about the problem and finaly they agreed to let the dog live inside.I am so relived and happy now.What should I do and get for my dog while he's living inside after getting used to living outside?

My situation is-I live in 1BHK rented house. The dog cannot be much barking as per landlord. I'm a first time dog owner. I'm a student, so I'll be raising the dog on my money.
