Hi just bought a puppy, it's had it's shots and deworming, just need a wellness check to make sure she's in good health.
Hi does petco accept cats for wellness visits?
What's one of the most important things to keeping your dog healthy to living a long life?
We currently feed our dog and cat Hill's Science Diet. However, we noticed the new Wellness brand in stores and were thinking of giving it a try. How does it compare to Hill's, and should we switch our pets to the Wellness food? I spoke with the receptionist at our vet, and she advised keeping them on Hill's. I'm just looking for a second opinion.
I recently recused Dolly , she was 5pds when I got her. She was was aggersive, she respond to to love treats an patience. Now she is no longer aggersive. She eats a 1/2cup dry Wellness Sr. Weight management an a tablespoon of were food. She is on faloxadine 10 mil ,teeth cleaning treat , an glucosamine treat , treat whole chicken one a day each .she is latregic .but we walk every day. Is she ok all shots up to date.

What are some holistic treatments/medicine I can look into for my dog with crf
Is wellness complete health deboned and oatmeal dog food healthy for a dog ? Would you recommend it?
Our 3-year old basset/lab/terrier mix has been struggling with loose stools - not diarrhea but loose. We were giving him Wellness brand complete health chicken, but since the issues started we've been doing cooked chicken, rice, and pumpkin. We'd like to get him back on kibble but I have no idea what direction we should go i.e. ingredients to look for/avoid. Any advice? All my googling indicates it's very idiosyncratic and trial-and-error, but this seems so inefficient and not good for our pup.
I’m interested in the water additive product Healthymouth (healthymouth.com). Even brushing as often as I can his back teeth and canines are staring to get bad plaque and I want to avoid a dental cleaning as long as possible. My mom swears by this and her dog’s vet has commented on how her oral health has improved. I’ve read cinnamon and clove essential oil are bad for dogs, but I see both cinnamon and clove as ingredients. It got a VOHC seal of acceptance though. Hoping to get a vet opinion!
What can I do now to prevent any health problems later in my puppy’s life? You hear things about raw diets, see vitamins for sale and so on. I don’t want to go overboard, but what are some good preventive measures and healthy habits I can establish early?
My 2 yr old Terrier mix became ill about 1 month ago. She had hookworm and was giving medication for it. She also had a cough/gag thing too. Pepcid did the trick but as soon as I stop giving her the Pepcid, the cough stars again. I give her the Pepcid again and she’s fine again. I’m feeding her Wellness Grain-free dry food which she liked for months but now she’ll only eat it if I mix it with wet Hills Prescription Digestive food. Any ideas on what is happening?
