Keeping your home clean can be one of the most challenging aspects of pet parenthood. It gets easier when you have the right pet cleaning supplies and tools for waste collection. Arm & Hammer pet solutions are designed to keep your pet and home cleaner and safer. The company excels at making life for pet parents easier. Solutions like Arm & Hammer pet stain remover and cat litter are a pet parent’s best friend.
Yes, Arm & Hammer’s pet solutions are safe for your cat or dog. This includes Arm & Hammer pet spray for odor elimination, carpet cleaners and baking soda shakers. The company’s puppy pads can be great for dogs with incontinence issues or puppies just getting trained. And the cat cleaning and waste disposal tools are cat-safe and pet parent-approved.
For most versions of Arm & Hammer cat litter, you should scoop it out at least once per day. If you have multiple cats using the same box, you may need to scoop out waste a few times per day. This is true for sand, crystals and Arm & Hammer naturals litter. Add more litter as needed to compensate for the scooped waste.
The litter in your box should be completely changed about every 3 to 4 weeks. Even litter that clumps can allow some waste to collect at the bottom of the litter pan. Liners are an easy way to swap out litter—just tie up the liner and throw the entire litter contents away. You may not need to change the cat litter as often, depending on what kind of cat litter box you have.
Arm & Hammer Pet Fresh is an odor-eliminating powder that can eliminate the scent left behind by pet accidents. Start with dry carpet for best results. To use Pet Fresh, just sprinkle the powder—which includes OxiClean Dirt Fighters—over the dirty carpet. Allow it to sit on your carpet for at least 15 minutes. Next, vacuum the area well. If you still notice an unpleasant odor, leave Pet Fresh on your carpet for 30 minutes and try again. You can also use Arm & Hammer Pet Fresh every time you vacuum.
It’s typical for accidents to happen indoors sometimes, especially when potty training. Whether your young puppy doesn’t have the hang of going outdoors yet or your older dog has a hard time holding their pee all night, Arm & Hammer dog pads can be a great solution. Your dog can be trained to use these absorbent pads indoors. Once your dog uses the dog pad, roll it up and throw it away.

I add a capful of Arm and Hammer Fresh breath to my cat's water bowl every day and I thought he liked it. But I have caught him drinking out of the toilet several times this week. Does this mean he doesn't like it?
What are good brands or types of litter that I can use? I use arm and hammer slide and my cat loves it, but it was gone the last time so i got another brand and my cat scoots her but butt. I need a brand that is an alternative for times when my primary type of litter isn't in store.
Hi I would like to know why my female dog humps my arm? She does it like she is a male . My arm isnt the only arm either. Lol thanx
This appeared suddenly on my dog’s arm, the next day it also appeared on his other arm , what exactly is this?
I just adopted mittens from my local shelter on June 8. When I brought him home he was very scared. Now he has settled in our home. I found out that mittens doesn’t like scented litter and was refusing to use the litter box. So I bought him arm and hammer unscented litter. I put him in the litter box and he sniffed it and jumped out. What should I do now? He has been going potty in the shower, should I put the litter box in the shower?
I took feral kitten to get neutered. Kept him in large trap overnight to let him recover from surgery. Today I noticed a lump on his arm. Called vet and they did not shave his arm or inject him on his arm. I was wondering what this big lump was. Maybe he hurt himself trying to escape from the trap? Is it an emergency?
Hi! I was cleaning my counters with an arm and hammer essentials disinfecting wipe. I picked up a piece of food with my hand (I believe before the wipe got it it) and it fell on the floor. If the wipe DID touch it or the food touched a piece of the wet counter what should I do? He seems perfectly fine and is begging for more. I honestly don’t think the wipe touched it but I want to be sure I do the right thing
I have a cat who seems to be refusing to use the litter boxes. He is older(over 14). I clean the boxes every other day. We have tried attractants, putting a car mat down, cleaning the boxes themselves, using odor/pheromone 'destroyers', and yet he still peed on the mat. I use the Arm & Hammer clump and seal for litter. What more can I do? Should I remove a couple of the doors on the covered boxes? Should I clean the boxes daily? What can I do?
My dog has been itching/biting her arm for about a year. We moved into a new house with a yard w/various plants/bushes and rescued a new dog from Mexico, she is white and gets rashes / itches a lot too but not like my dogs arm. Recently went on meds, arm got much better but she is still biting/itching while on the medication.
My dogs left arm is bothering him. I can grab him anywhere and won’t flinch. But when he walks on it it hurts him and he wines about his arm. He acts normal besides the whining, his nose is normal.
What shoul I do? My baby rat probably fractured his arm, there is no movement in whole arm. I try to hold him down so he don't do any thing worse and just relax a little but he keeps on trying to escape. His arm is moving on it's own, like it's not working with body anymore. He's heavy breathing. When I found him on the groud he wasn't moving at all but then I feed him and he's better, just the arm. Is he going to die even tho he's looking better now? I don't know what to do. I have no way to go
