This question is for david elezbeth: Is 30-50% carbs an appropriate amount in dog food? I just started my dog on honest kitchen dehydrated dog food and these are the typical range in carbs. Is this to much? Also some reviewers have posted that their dog had more voluminous stool and went more frequently with bits of food still present in the stool. Is this normal? Chloe seems to be doing fine but I am noticing the bits of food in her stool. Is this ok to continue with this food?

Jack (12 lbs) licked an empty bowl of chocolate ice cream. The ingredient in the ice cream is cocoa. He probably got a few good licks in before I caught him. Again, bowl was empty, he just licked the sides and spoon. Help?

Just recused this little guy... very malnourished, just started gaining some weight. He is missing many teeth so eating is a problem, he does he the small bites. Hi, my japanese chin has a recurring problem with her stomach. from time to time, and more often now that she is getting older, her belly makes the loudest, squeaky type noise that can actually keep me awake. She stops eating and drinking for 1 to 2 days, and I used to force water down her but now I just let it run it's course. Her vet told me to give her antacid pills and didn't seem too concerned last visit for this, but the pills don't do anything. any suggestions?

Hi, I just got my dog Revi from a breeder who no longer uses her for breeding. She is on a raw meat/veggie/egg yolk diet. Under her belly/ on her teats/ and on her back legs she has awful yeast infections and "elephant skin". Is there any way to treat and keep the yeast infections away as to get the "elephant skin" cleared up as well? Thank you in advance!
