Dog toys are at the heart of most bonding moments between pet and pet parent. That’s because dogs of all ages thrive on regular exercise and interaction with their human companions. Toys for dogs are key to helping your furry family member stay occupied, stimulated and content, as well as a great way for pet parents to interact with their pooch in a fun, positive way.
The best toy for your dog will depend on a variety of factors, including breed, size, age, personality, and chewing habits. There are many different types of dog toys available at Petco. We recommend trying a number of options to see what your dog enjoys the most.

I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
My dog Abby is quite playful, what toys would be the best for dogs like her? what toys do dogs prefer and like to play with?
Could you recommend a good brand of toys, treats or bones for puppies who are teething?
Just wondering What are the best toys for a puppy when they are in there teething phase?
Hello, my dog is a 2 year old German Shepherd, Boxer, Rottweiler, Chow Chow mix, (that's a mouthful!) and he destroys every toy we give him! He has never chewed on furniture, (even as a puppy) or clothes or shoes. But we've purchased every toy under the sun and he still rips them to shreds! We've gotten indestructible toys like, fire hose toys, Kong toys, etc. We gave him a thigh bone from a cow and he broke it with one chomp. Is there something better? Or do we just replace toys? Thank you.
Our puppy is 8 weeks. Like to chew everything. He’s got chew toys, different types. Are dogbones ok? Rawhide? Recommendations? Pics for ides/reference.
Question on bones and chews: Which can harm teeth (canines mainly) Bully sticks Retriever Rawhide (no knots at ends) Antlers (chew with back teeth and rarely) Nylabone Petsafe Wood Chew
My puppy is in that teething phase. DEEP into the phase. He wants to bite everything. Do you have any suggested toys that cater to puppies who are really into chewing and biting?
What is the best and safest chew toy for a 7 month old Bassett?
What are some of the best Dental treats for dogs
What toys are suitable for play for puppies at 4 weeks of age?
I have an older yellow lab that gets bored really easily. He gets bored with kongs and is an extreme chewer so rawhides or other chewies disappear SUPER fast! He is very intelligent and I was thinking of getting him a puzzle toy that involves treats as he is EXTREMELY food motivated! Since he's so smart should I still start him on the most basic puzzle or try something harder? I don't want to waste money on toys he'll go through really fast. And are there any other sorts of toys you can suggest?
