My puppy is about 4 months old. I'm still working on potty training her but it seems like its taking forever for her den instinct to come in...she will go outside to potty and usually.won't go in the house unless I'm preoccupied with my children and not paying attention but still goes in her crate...what can I do to stop this or help develop her den instinct?
I get all excited and feel loved when my corgis follow me around, cuddle, and sleep with me. Then I remember that it’s part of their instinct to do that because I’m the closest thing my dogs have to a pack animal. She has that thing on her because she’s in heat and I now have to wash my white covers.
How can I get my 1 yo Jack Russell Terier to get used to our cats? I know they love chasing things so don't want to in courage the natural instinct. I've tried introducing them multiple times and my dog gets over excited and just wants to go for the cats. The cats however just growl at him, but are also curious.
Hello! Just writing to confirm my instinct. I think this is just a big zit thats popped on its own. Should I put a hot compress on it? the last is a similar zit on her top lip. Should I leave them alone? Thank you.
Sometimes when she is playing at the dog park she will crouch low/stalk like a lion. She is playing and play bowing as well. Just curious what she is signaling
My puppy chases my cat every time the the cat comes around... we have tried sort of yelling at the dog and saying bad, but it’s almost like his instincts over take him and he wants to chase the cat. I don’t think he wants to hurt him, but he’s a puppy so he’s a little rough. Any tips on getting him to stop chasing the cat? Or is it something that he might grow out of once he’s an adult dog? Thanks!
Besides common aggression how do you tell an animal is in distress?
patternless leopard gecko body compulsion waves contracting and growling
Why does my dog love rolling around on carcasses she finds during walks? She's rolled on dead birds, a dead coyote and dead bunnies. It's very odd and she smells horrible after!
Hi ! Uno has been moving his food bowl with his nose almost every time before he starts ? What can be the reason of it ? Or we just shouldn't worry ? Thanks in advance !
i have two japanese quails ... one is 5 months old and the other one i bought just yesterday... the elder one keeps pecking the other when both are put in a cage...what should i do
my dog, fuzzy is a very picky eater... we have been on multiple diets so far and we have been on raw for at least 3 months. I know he doesn't like it, but i'm out of options! i've tried EVERYTHING!
