Thanks for reaching out about Zeplyn and including photos. The understanding is Petco will buy back with you being able to re-purchase. Check with them. Anorexia is often causes by intestinal parasites or infections, so a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and a diagnostic/treatment plan. Check and correct husbandry including temperature and gradient, UVB exposure, and diet. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to Boop by Petco. This is definitely OK! It is possible he was handled frequently before you got him, so he is already used to being handled. He may also just have a personality where he isn't afraid of being picked up. As a reminder, geckos can carry infections that can make humans sick, so always wash your hands well after handling him! I hope this is helpful.

Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco. The end of the tail looks to be a healing injury to me. The tissue does not look necrotic (dead). I think you can try to treat it at home with this product: ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/zymox-small-animal-topical-spray ) Use as directed on the label. If after a week or so, it is not improved or if it looks worse at any time then take Autum to an exotics vet for evaluation. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Hello. Yes, I would advise having your snake seen before the area becomes significantly infected. We have many treatments to treat wounds in snakes, many of which you may need to continue at home. It is best to have this looked at soon. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Thanks for your question about Tarzan. The lack of activity that you are describing may be normal for Tarzan, but when you then combine it with her not shedding and not going to the bathroom very often I begin to suspect that there is something else going on. I would recommend feeding Tarzan a small salad of dark leafy greens on a daily basis, with calcium supplementation 2-3 times per week based on her age. I would also recommend protein 2 times per week based on her age as well. You eluded to having recommended temperatures in the cage, but I didn't see how you were monitoring the temperatures or if there was UVB light provided. I would recommend monitoring using a digital thermometer and changing the UVB light every 4-6 months. I am glad that she seemed to be doing okay at her vet visit in the fall. I didn't see if blood work was performed, but that is something that I recommend for every reptile at regular intervals for wellness examinations, as reptiles are very good at hiding th
