What is the best way to store the freeze dried food to maintain freshness?
- Hello! Our freeze-dried Raw should be kept in a cool dry place such as a cabinet or pantry. You can keep it in the original bag and reseal it between use or put them in an airtight container. Hope this helps! :)

My whippet eats the Instinct Raw frozen bites, but it takes up a lot of room in my freezer. If I substitute the freeze dried version (& rehydrate it), do I still have to transition slowly over a week or can I change it to freeze dried of same flavor?
- I suggest you contact Instinct directly for this. I use both the freeze dried (I do not rehydrate it) and the frozen - I mix the freeze dried with Instinct kibble & freeze dried in the AM - half and half-and mix the frozen (defrosted) with with the kibble at night my australian labradoodle loves both

My dog is not eating his regular food (kibble) I was feeding him Instinct Raw Boost Chicken flavor and he ate that fine most of the time. I switched about 2 weeks ago to Instinct Original Chicken Flavor ( no raw boost). As far as I know the only difference between the 2 is that the Original does not have bits of freeze dried raw in it. He has hardly eaten anything for 2 days. I don’t think it’s a medical issue because he will eat treats fine. Please help

My 7 lb poodle mix eats Nature's Instinct raw frozen, or cans (beef). We switch it up, as she gets bored. She gets a teenie Greenie daily, tiny milkbones (natural trail mix), and as a big treat, Merrick's lung treats. Every few months we go through a bout of diarrhea that lasts 3 days, and she then gets Royal Canin low fat gastro can, or ID gastro (as Royal Canin is not shipping right now). Could this be the Greenies? Vet thinks maybe. Metronidzole 50mg does the trick. Your thoughts?
This is Kyro, my 1st dog I've had for 7 months. In 7 months he went from 75lbs to 85. Was feeding 2 cups twice daily of "Diamond All Natural Beef Meal & Rice" with piece of Roast Beef with a teaspoon of some kind of gravy & 1 Milkbone, 1 bully stick, 2 Grain fee treats daily. I cut back to 1 cup with Roast beef twice daily. I don't want to starve him but I want to keep his defined stomach. He won't eat unless the Roast beef & gravy is in his food.
