Questions
How large are the kibble pieces?
- 1/4 inch for the kibble, 1/2 inch for the raw morsels which are a little softer. Perfect for my 7 lb Morkie.

Is there no taurine in this recipe ?Â
- Dogs can make taurine from key amino acids present in most pet foods. Most dog foods are not supplemented with taurine for this reason. If sulfur containing amino acids (methionine and cysteine) are not available in the dog food, a dog can become taurine deficient over time. My beagle is on the small breed and my Rhodesian Ridgeback is on the large breed. So far I have had no issues with the product and they both like it. And the beagle is quite picky. My dogs are also supplemented daily with added meat protein. You would probably have to actually get in touch with the manufacturer and ask them for an actual break down of their product and as to why it is not listed as part of the ingredient list.

Is this recommended for puppies?
- Hi There, Thanks for your question! Yes, the Raw Boost Small Breed Chicken is suitable for puppies too! Typically, a puppy will eat about double the adult recommendation amount. Hope this helps!

Are the kibble pieces the same size whether it's small breed or not? I don't see healthy weight type food for small breed so I'm looking at the other.
- The small breed kibbles are smaller in size than the regular kibbles. I have an 11 LBS Chihuahua and it's been perfect for him.
