I have a mini dachshund currently on blue buffalo small breed adult. Is this ok to add to her food? She gets 1/4 twice a day. Will this satisfy the raw diet needs over feeding her a full raw meal diet?
- To be honest, I'd ask your vet. This is definitely fine to add to her food, we use them as little treats for training (we started using them when ours was a puppy, but she likes them so much, we just keep them as treats now!)

Dogs on canned food with dry food. Want them on dry food only. Very picky dogs. Thinking for their transition blending freeze dried bully mini cubes to make a yummy powder on top. My dog is not eating his regular food (kibble) I was feeding him Instinct Raw Boost Chicken flavor and he ate that fine most of the time. I switched about 2 weeks ago to Instinct Original Chicken Flavor ( no raw boost). As far as I know the only difference between the 2 is that the Original does not have bits of freeze dried raw in it. He has hardly eaten anything for 2 days. I don’t think it’s a medical issue because he will eat treats fine. Please help
My dog's vet put him on a grain free diet due to food allergies. He was recently switched from wet to dry food. It has been a big adjustment for him. My question is would it be okay if i add boiled chicken to his dry food being that he is on grain free food? He is not so anxious to eat anymore since switching to the dry food.
I want to get this canned food for my dog as a topper to her dry food. It has shredded chicken along with whole white beans, peas and potatoes. Will she be able to digest this ok because the beans, peas and potatoes are not ground into a pate texture? she's on the dry version of this currently. I also ditched the twelve calorie treats and purchased the smaller 2 calorie treats and I'm only giving her three of those per day. Her total intake of extras is now less than 10% of her diet. :-)
