My diabetic dog is currently on Sentinel for heartworm prevention, but I was wondering what kind of flea treatment would be best for her to use alongside it that I can purchase over the counter, so to speak. The fleas are bad this season!

My buddy, Peanut, is a senior of 10 years. He is very healthy, but I would like know what, if any supplements I could give Peanut to aid in him while aging. What should I look for? What should I avoid? I want the most scientifically advanced, proven supplement available. My dog has been diagnosed with Vestibular disease. I got a good answer from a vet yesterday that we need to let this improve on its own. I wanted to ask if giving her a supplement like fish oil or some omega 3's for brain health would be beneficial. My German Shepherd mixed breed is around 13. (Pound dog - exact age unknown.) He is being treated fro a suspected pinched nerve in his back. The Vet suggested routine blood work. Two markers in the Catalyst Dx section were high. ALT was 180 U/L (normal 10-125) and ALKP was 492 U/L (normal 23-212). She said to help his liver he should get Denamarin 425 mg, one pill per day. It is very expensive. I have no reason to doubt her integrity or competence, but.... Do you agree?
