I'm boarding my dog for 7 days, vet gave me 100 mg Trazadone to be given 2X day. he weighs 57 lbs. At home 50 MG will relax him into sleep. Should I start giving a time frame before boarding? He growls at attendance, and refuses to go outside for potty breaks. He is a rescue and a boxer Thank you
How can I help reduce the stress level in my Terrier Mix young adult dog during a move that will require car travel for over 1200 miles (or 2 days of car travel) in the past she has gotten physically ill (vomiting) in the car even with Homeopathic calming drops given?.!
Bell is a German Shepherd which is 6 years old. very healthy. She weighs 90 pounds and I need to take her to the vet for her annual checkup. Can I give her 1 1/2 tablets od ACPROMAZINE 60 minutes before she is seen by the veterinarian?
Lioh weighs 9.2 lbs and has been prescribed nexgard 4-10lbs (6 packets or 6 months worth). I know he will be gaining weight over the next 6 months and therefore donno know if I should get him 3 packs instead of 6. What would you advice?
My 14 year old pit bull mix has been having seizures on and off since May. She is definitely weakened, and getting near the end, but still has great appetite and is happy. Fleas (now under control) have led to tapeworms. I bought praziquantel tablets to give her, but concerned about her fragile state. She is 45 lbs. Should I give her half a dose? Will that work?
How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron.
My poor Blair is miserable. She has had anxiety issues since she was a puppy and because this is her first experience with fleas she is having difficulty dealing with it. Is there anything I can do to ease her discomfort and calm her down? She is stressed and I can see in her eyes she is depressed. I want my happy little "Diva" back, please help.
How can I help my dog with his arthritis
My dog ate a bottle of magnesium pills (146 400mg ea.) and the preservative container. Heโs 80lbs
My dog has red skin in his groin and axilla bilaterally . Very itchy per his scratching . The vet says itโs an allergy . Question: I have chewable pediatric benedryl. Can I give to him , how often and what dose? He is 21/2 years old and weighs 85#.
My 90lb lab ate almost the entire box of dog jerky treats. Iโm holding his food and giving him lots of water. Should I be concerned? So far he seems fine. What should i watch for? Thank
My 20 lb bichon, terrier, maltese dog ate a strip of cooked chicken that was lying in the dirt of a little garden area! I don't know how long it was out there, but I remember seeing it yesterday. It looked like one of those pre-cooked grilled chicken strips. Is there anything I can do for him so he won't get ill? How long would it take symptoms to show up? He is on Apoquel 3.6mg daily for his skin allergies, in case that would interfer with any recommended treatment. Thank you.
