My friend has an older cat too. Her vet recommended this supplement and her cat loves them and gobbles them up. My cat doesn't like the smell. She also likes crunchy treats. I am finely grating it over her dry food. It sticks to it lightly - so I hope she will consume enough to be beneficial.

I really was hopeful for these, but our 15 year old cat couldn't eat one of these whole, and in fact didn't care to eat them at all. Tried crumbling it in her wet food, but she's no fool. Wouldn't eat it

With 3 Cats, all seniors, with 2@ 15+ years, they are slowing down and need assistance with arthritis. I was very surprised to see how quickly they reacted and are doing much better. AND they love the great flavor so much I need to hide the bag so they cannot find it!

My 12 year old kitty with arthritic hips loves this as long as it is crumbled up on her wet food. She can be picky and can be difficult to administer pills to. This works because her gait is much less stiff when I give it to her on a regular basis. I will continue to give this to her.

It took my cat a few weeks to get to the point where he really likes these, but now he looks forward to them and "asks" for them. He's 14 years old, and I have noticed a remarkable increase in his activity since starting these. He also seems much happier.

Is this for cats or dogs? The image shows a cat in Stage 2, but the description here is for dogs in Stage 3. Could you please either change the heading or the description to reflect which product you are actually selling? It would be helpful.

Look at the packaging and the description of the product - FELINE FORMULA. That means cats. Canine formula would be for dogs.

Glucosamine comes from the shells of shrimp and crab, so would not be safe to use on an animal allergic to seafood. The ingredient list you are refering to is "other ingredients". Check with your vet, there may be other supplements that would give some relief that are not derived from shellfish, they may be plant based.
