I tried this calming chew only to help me with nail trimming. Shortly after taking the chew my cat became very hyper, his tail was frizzed up, and he was racing around the house. A little later after he had settled down he started staggering. I was very worried and watched him intently the rest of the evening trying to encourage him to drink water. Thank goodness my smaller at did not take the chew. I will never give this to another cat. I am not sure if the adverse affect was caused by the ingredients in the item or if the quality control is such that something else made it into production of the product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I've only been using for a little over a month now but two of my three cats love these. Both are the older cats and I feel like both have gotten a little pepp back in their steps.

Cat always used to have a true hissy fit when he had to go in his travel taxi. He eats these chews as if they were treats and they really take the hard edge off and make the vet trips way more manageable!
