Adopted 3mo kitten use to paper pellet litter. Always uses litter box. I'm trying to find non dusty, I live in single wide trailer, clumping and unscented. What do you suggest I try?
You could try a corn or wheat based litter like World's Best Cat Litter or Swheat Scoop, or a wood litter like Okocat if you want to avoid clay litter. You could also try a clay based low dust litter like Dr. Elsey's. Even though she is used to pellets the transition to a clay litter could be fine - I'd start by putting out a litter box with the new litter while still keeping the old one and if she starts using the new one take the old one away.

I have tried EVERYTHING to get Scruff to use her litter box. 1. Multiple types of litter 2. Diffuser 3. Putting her in the litter box 4. Putting the box in a quiet place 5 . adequate number of litter boxes She has been to the vet, she's healthy. I
I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this with scruff. I would consider Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract litter (https://www.drelseys.com/shop/cat-attract/) or additive (https://www.drelseys.com/shop/ultra-litter-attractant/). I would also consider covering part of a litterbox in sand or dirt to attract Scruff if she is used to going outside. Some cats hate covered litter boxes and some love them. I would try to use the hints of where Scruff is going to try to replicate those conditions in the litterbox. If she is going in the bath tub or on a tile floor, then leave half of the litter box empty for her go on a hard surface. If she likes soft surfaces, then try shredded paper or a soft paper litter. I would also consider something like Yesterdays News because kittens often like to dig in it (https://www.yesterdaysnews.com/Products/CatLitter.aspx). Good luck! A peat/soil based or sawdust based pellet is less likely to stick to his paws, you can also try using only a bare scattering of litter over newspaper but this would then need emptying at least twice daily

Hi there. Most cats prefer an unscented clumping litter with a fine, sand-like texture - so I would recommend offering something like this. The litter box should be large with low sides, so it's easy for her to get in. If you try this and she still has no interest in using the litter box, then you may need to observe what type of surface she prefers to potty on and use something similar to this in her litter box.
