Get It Today
We love our pets and want to give them the freedom to run around and play. However, canines are notorious for getting distracted. Anything from squirrels, the smell of food or even a candy wrapper blowing in the breeze can send them running. Then, before we know it, they get lost.
Yes, when used correctly, they should help your pinpoint your dog’s location—as long as your pup doesn’t manage to take off their collar or ditch the GPS cube. Most devices are set up to give your coordinates in real-time, so you should have no problem tracking down your wandering best friend.
For best results, be sure to charge the device every night, so there’s no risk of losing battery power during the day.
Yes, it’s a good idea. Even the most well-trained canine can get distracted, so having a pet GPS tracker can be a great fail-safe. It can also help if your dog gets stolen, which is an unfortunate possibility no matter where you live.
GPS access can also give you peace of mind if you’re away from your pet and want to ensure they’re safe and sound and where they’re supposed to be.
Distance varies between models. Some are designed to track in a designated area, while others can track your pet even if they’re thousands of miles away. Make sure you read the box carefully when selecting the best option for you.
Most GPS dog tracking systems are set up to be used from an app on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Being able to use your phone to track your dog makes searching for them easier, and setup is usually a breeze since the app can walk you through the steps.
When planning your next vacation, add a GPS tracker to your list of dog vehicle, travel and outdoor supplies. They can help to ensure your pup finds their way back safely to your arms.

Could you please recommend an activity tracker for my puppy (one that does not require a monthly subscription)?
Hi, my name is Julia and I am a college student working on a device that will function as a smart collar for dogs. I know the market already has some of these but I was wondering what features do you think are the vital ones that need to be included in this device. We have a GPS tracker, hope to have a heartbeat sensor, and outside temperature thermometer. But what else do you think would be vital to have measured to have a comprehensive image of a dog's health? We would really appreciate it!
I have two neutered cats who love being outside. We live in a mountainous area with wildlife, so we are trying to keep them inside but they learned how to open doors. We are trying to decide b/w a wireless pet fence in our yard where they wear large-ish shock collars (even though they are smaller for cats) all the time as the company says not to wear for more than 12 hours or to just put cat trackers on them and find them every night. Which is safer?
Whats the best flea collar money can buy for 10lb dogs
Can a tracker or micro-chip be reused (from one animal into another animal).
So we are going to use a remote collar to train the puppy to never chew the chainlink fence she doesn’t do it often . A trainer on YouTube Solidk9 training recommended. I think it’s better to have a mild stem correction than broken teeth one day. Also going to use to work on her recall she is 80% reliable everywhere but backyard that’s 10% she comes back. What brands on amazon are good? And how do I condition her to the collar?
What are some brands of shock collars for dogs that don't shock but, just vibrate? I was looking for one with a remote.
e collars what's beep mode for vibrate mode and electric mode for
thoughts on bark collars?
Are underground fences a good affordable option for 2 pitbulls? How safe are the shock collars longer-term?
I brought 2 collars for my 2 Chihuahua 's but they will not let them be, they try to get out of them, and even get them caught in their mouths, they ate indoors trained. With pads. So should I make them where a collar...,? And if so what kind so they won't do this.
I have 3 cats they stay inside and only go out to go to the vet. 1 is a small kitten 2 are 5 yr old adults they have periodically shown interest in going outside but I have had no real issues with any of them trying to escape. The kitten I got from the APL was microchipped when I got her the other 2 are not. ( very expensive) I'm wondering if I should get them collars? 1 cat I know won't want it the kitten is so small even for her age vet said she was tiny I worry would collars be unsafe?
