Would not stay on dog, location is not accurate.
Unfortunately the way this collar is made it would not stay on my Dog. The actual part with the prongs would come loose and make it ineffective. (She is scared of tones though) I was lucky enough to find it several times. However, this time, I can’t. And I have now learned that the location it shows is inaccurate. The map shows it in my front yard, I’ve scoured 3 acres Unfortunately I’m not finding a way to order a replacement collar. When I bought this system, I read you could add a dog. That was a huge reason I bought it as I have a new dog added to the farm with a busy highway nearby. That doesn’t seem to be an option now that this has been marked way down and a new very expensive model has came out. For the cost, especially after buying this one at the original price, I believe I’ll be better off exploring other brands. There is a reason they came out with a new version. I’m now unable to locate this collar, and just about lost a dog today on the

I would not recommend
The system is extremely complicated, we bought 2 collars less than 1 month ago and 1 already does not charge correctly. I’m not impressed with the system overall.

Great in the beginning
I live in a rural area and bought these for my 2 dogs and they worked perfectly for about 6-8 months before we started having issues. When I called they told me that there was an update that didn’t take so we updated it and it worked off and on for a for the next few months. Recently I had to call them again because my dog slipped the collar off and for some reason wouldn’t connect and when I called they basically told me to redownload the app and reconnect the bases and collars. Well the other collar was lost but luckily I have another one so I did the updates reconnected everything and it worked for about a day or so. My dog somehow slipped it off again and when I checked the app to track the collar it says that it’s charging or charged but no location. So now that 2 lost collars and I have no ideas where he lost them.

Battery life 🪫
I love the device but battery life is less than 48hrs. I have a farm dog and I cannot be charging it that often.

Worst collar on the market
I’ve messed with this collar for hours and it never works. Try to save a fence and it’ll work temporarily then it just looses the collar and goes off randomly. One time my dog was in the house just laying down no where near a boundary and it just starts going off. Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money.

Hot Garbage 99% of the time
It never actually fully charges.... Even after 12 hours on the charger it comes off at 60%. That's after the laborious setup. The fence is spotty at best. You have to have Bluetooth ON just to open the collar app to see your dog's location... But hours can go by without an update - even with the dog standing next to you and you can see 2 different cell towers in the sky and your phone is 4+ bars of signal. It's only reliable enough as a backup. This product was never ready for Prime Time. Especially when you pay for a subscription and the product never gets an update to make it work properly. DO NOT BUY.

We want a refund it does not work! Half the time it doesn’t beep until well (feet) past the boundary and then once it does they have to come 5 feet back into the yard for it to stop.

Works Wonderfully!
We bought two to test them out before we bought one for our other two dogs and they work!! If you read the box and the instructions/ step by step guide, you will have no problems. The app is super easy to navigate and syncs with the collars immediately. We have had them for a week now and I haven't experienced any lags. They even have the option to receive notifications for when your pup leaves the "fence"/comes back in. Even setting up the area to be "fenced" in was easy. One of our dogs is a bit bigger and more stubborn so we will be switching to the static option to see if he responds better to that. If this product doesn't work, you probably didn't read the instructions or didn't get the product you need (didn't read the description.) I will be purchasing two more for our other dogs. It is such a relief to be able to let my dogs run around and play with no leash and let them explore safely.
We have two 8 1/2 year old English Pointers and two 1 1/2 year old German Shorthaired Pointers.
I was nervous about our female GSP because she is very energetic and I was afraid she'd bolt through the barrier and not even care about the beeping or vibration but it even works on her!
