Unfortunately, the collars only worked when they wanted to. I did follow instructions and did a play by play of what I was supposed to do. When they did work they were great but after a many instances of them not work properly, I believe I’ll be returning these.

Good so far. Only negative is the power button. It did stimulate inside the fence 1 time. Watching closely it has not done it again. Owned 3 weeks use it daily.

The GPS fence can jump 25 feet. Training is tough.

So far, my only negative comment is when my dog goes in my shop (which is well within the perimeter I set up) it shocks her when she exits. She refuses to come in my shop anymore.

The fence seems to be working fine. Two things I am not sure about: First, I can put a beeper collar on my dog and go for a walk, and she is fine with it. As soon as I put the Guardian collar on her when we get back from our walk, she acts like I have been scolding her or punishing her for something. She doesn't seem to walk around very much, and just does not seem to have a happy attitude. I am wondering if the collar is emitting something that my dog senses. I have used the collar over 30 days now, and she does not seem to change her actions much. I have walked her around the perimeter, and she has a couple of acres at least that she can walk around in, but she seems to only stay close to the house. Second, I wish that the data would show where she has been walking at times when I am not watching during the day. I had one other collar that did this, and it was very eye opening to see how much she moved around.

The app and collars are simple to use but we’ve had a problem with our collar warning/shocking our dogs when they aren’t anywhere near the designated fence. On top of that the verbiage reads like there is smart collar features like continuing to beep/shock while outside the fence unless they are heading toward the safe zone but they eventually just time out.

The steps to change a fence and reload the collar are unreliable and I often have to try several times. I set up two different fences but changing between them was very difficult.

Not worth the money. I purchased two of these collars. Tried to connect the first one and it wouldn’t connect. Still won’t. Opened the second one. It connected ok. Used it on my 150 lb dog. I put it on every morning and take it off every night as instructed. I tried to use the shock function until I realized that it was frying my dog everytime she got near the house. She cannot get within 5 feet of the house. That is not how I have the fence setup. After one day of wearing using the shock feature, it let open wounds in her neck from frying her so often. Not because she was out of her boundary but because she was close to the house. We now use the vibration and even so it vibrates anytime she is near the house. Not sure why I’m even paying for the subscription because it does not work properly. Don’t waste your money. Still have one collar that absolutely will not connect.
