Decent tracking collar
praising its accuracy and multi-functional features like GPS tracking, activity monitoring, and training tools (vibration/tone correction). However, recurring issues include poor battery life, the device falling off collars, and a sometimes-frustrating user experience due to app and connectivity problems. While the device's ability to attach to various collars and harnesses is a plus, its performance in areas with spotty cellular coverage is a significant drawback, as it relies on cellular service for its primary functions.

GPS + activity tracker
My dog is a runner so I was looking for a good GPS to attach to her collar in case she ever got out again. While this tracker has a lot of cool features I wasn’t expecting (like activity monitoring and training tones/vibration), I think the GPS tracking could be better. Even when she was inside the house I kept getting a notification that she left the safety zone (giving me a mini heart attack the first time) so this makes me question the reliability of the GPS in the event she does get out. In addition, the tracker is bigger and clunkier than I’d like and the battery life isn’t great and needs to be charged constantly. The collar itself is a bit tight on her, but the box includes a clip that you can attach to a different collar. And I also would keep in mind that it comes with a free 30 day subscription but after that you have to purchase the monthly service plan to continue to have access to its features. Overall it’s a great concept but the product itself still needs some work. I’m hoping the next few generations of Link will work out some of these issues.

Such a great concept!
*This review was collected in exchange for free product* We were absolutely thrilled with the features this app offers. Between the activity minutes, the location tracking, and the vibrations to help with training there really isn’t a stone left unturned. It’s nice that the link comes with at least a generic black band to attach the gps to, so the collar is not necessary- but it is a very cute upgrade! The packaging is aesthetically pleasing too. I did remove one star because we had a truly difficult time starting up with connecting the link in the app. We were stuck on that part for days, and troubleshooting didn’t work with steps provided. Finally it randomly worked after leaving it plugged in for hours and then trying again, despite the fact that we had done a full charge prior to the first time we tried connecting. Other than that, once that issue was fixed we were impressed.

Amazing collar but wish battery life was better
Love this collar! I’ve tried several of the popular gps collars on the market and this is by far my fav. My dog is a master escape artist and it notifies me immediately when she’s left the house so I can quickly catch her. I also love that it has adapters so I can use it on her martingale collar! My only complaint is that the battery life is pretty short, only lasting 2-3 days but still totally worth it.

Link My Pet is the best gps dog tracker I have ever used. It is so easy to use and monitor. I like that the tracker is not too big and is a great size for a collar so it is comfortable to wear. I love being able to track my dog when he accidentally gets out. This gives me peace of mind.

I got this GPS collar for peace of mind with my adventurous pup, and overall, it does what it promises. The tracking is accurate, and the collar itself feels durable and well-made. It gives me real-time location updates, which is a huge relief when my dog wanders farther than he should.
That said, I’m not thrilled about the required app subscription. It’s a bit frustrating that after paying a decent price for the collar, there’s a recurring monthly fee just to access the main features. I understand the tech behind it needs support, but I wish there were a more affordable or one-time purchase option. The app also tracks how many steps and a variety of other super cool things.

Great value especially for the peace of mind!
I got a size medium, too small for my 65# dog which was no surprise. I gave it to my daughter to use for her new rescue pup. She is 43# and it just fits her on the last spot. Anyways having said that she has broken through the electric fence twice now but returned pretty quickly. Although I received it for free in exchange for my review I feel like it is well worth the price for the peace of mind you get.

No If you’re pet doesn’t like big things on them.
My dog wasn’t big on how bulky it is. He disliked having something so big on his neck. He would instantly tug at it. The product works great it’s just not for him which is understandable. Maybe if the tracker was smaller it would work.
