Not accurate
We bought this collar two months ago. We live on over an acre of land with minimal trees, and the house is situated in the middle. Despite this, the collar would randomly go off, even when the dog was well within the boundaries. We even had it go off while he was asleep, right at my feet in the house, multiple times. The poor dog was terrified of all these random, incorrect corrections. It felt like the collar was undoing his fence training. Unfortunately, the collar was not accurate at all. We had to return it, but the bad news is that Petco only gives store credit after 30 days. It was a very expensive mistake.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Innaccurate and slow gps tracker
I find it very unreliable. Even with gps reception reading as good, the gps tracking is too slow to update location and is innaccurate compared to app that is used to setup fence boundaries.

Works well, strap needs improvement.
Could have been 5 stars. Does what it’s supposed to do. Had a much more expensive gps fence until my pup lost the collar. That was a couple years ago, the find my dog feature did not work well (on the old one) in my area. My pup has been bold lately, so I needed to do something and I tried this collar. I’m on 40 acres and I want my pup to have access to all of it. My training wasn’t hard since it was just a refresher for her. The location feature is way better than it was with my other collar. I know this because of my single complaint. First day I let her go completely without watching, she lost her collar, which I found with the location feature. The collar strap is a cheap rubber thing that relies completely on the tail keeper buckle to keep it from loosening up, nothing on the male buckle like every other collar of any type I’ve ever owned. I rigged the issue with strips of tape on both sides of the buckle, but I should not have had to.

Good overall product except one thing…
The application for the device is very straightforward, user-friendly and easy. It is also fairly accurate in terms of Geo positioning, but can be a little quirky if you’re trying to have a very definitive boundary. But if you’re not worried about that level of precision. I think it’s a good aspect of the product.
I am worried about the fact that my dog wore the third time and he was able to somehow get it off. I think the mechanism to keep it on, it needs some work. It was a simple clip on collar. The dog was then able to manipulate it off after I ensure that it was on securely and he was able to chew it up and now it is not waterproof. I would imagine he was able to chew off the rubber coating.
I also really like the fact that she can use multiple lots/fences in Case if you want to go home or to the camp or to someone else’s house and immediately have it set up. Nice design.
Overall, I think it is a good concept a good product. I think the product needs to be a little bit sturdier to keep on the pet. I’ll leave that to the company.

No collar connection. Does not work for us.
The collar will not stay connected. I keep having to reset the entire system which takes forever. I want to be able to charge it and put it on him and it work. However it does not. When I take it off of charge the app on my phone only says charged. I'll turn it off and back on, nothing. I end up having to remove the collar and add it back to work again. But then once I charge it again it will not connect and go live. I need something quick and easy. This is not. Also it came with no instructions. All the instructions I have had to look up online.
