Get It Today
You love your cat and would do anything for them when it comes to their health and wellness. One of the most important tasks is giving your cat a routine haircut. And our selection of cat hair clippers and accessories can make giving your kitty a quick trim easy. And with a nice set of cat grooming supplies, you’ll be prepared.
Yes, when used appropriately, cat nail clippers can absolutely be safe for you to use on your cat. However, there is a good chance that your cat will not take too kindly to getting their nails trimmed, but if you start while they are young and let them get used to it, the process will gradually get easier. You can use the guillotine type or cat nail scissors for this grooming task.
As with clippers for people, the ones for dogs and cats come in different sizes. The one you choose to use on your kitty depends on their coat and unique needs. If you want to shave your pet down to make them more comfortable, you’ll want to use a smaller number and vice versa if you want to keep their hair longer. Also, if your cat may be noise sensitive, try using a cat hair trimmer that’s slower in speed. The less speed, the less noise it will make.
If you don’t want to spend the money on a professional cat groomer, there are ways you can give your cat a haircut at home with cat clippers.
First, you need to select the proper set of clippers. Consult your veterinarian for advice about your cat’s unique coat. You’ll also want a set of gloves, a towel and a brush. Next, find a comfortable location in your house. We recommend a space in the house where your cat feels comfortable. Set up the area and begin. Keep one hand gently on the cat while equally gently using the clippers to get the desired cut you want. And it can be helpful to have a friend or partner assist you with the process.

Hello! I'm looking for an inexpensive set of clippers for Mia. She has, what seems like, a double coat of hair now and since I don't have the means to take her to a groomer right now, I want to give her a nice trim since it's getting warmer, and because I want to be able to see any potential bugs that try to go on her. Any suggestions? That is her right now. Thank you in advance! Stay safe and healthy!

Hi my cat has really long claws, I had a pet groomer here in September and she cut her claws but my cat was so traumatised, she was in hiding for days! I cannot get her into a cat carrier to get her to the vets. What do you suggest? She is a house cat. I have scratch posts which she does use.
