Great product that cleans and lubricates clipper blades. It smells good too and it doesn't make a mess. There are other brands that sell a similar product but I would say this one is the best because of the quality and how it effectively cleans and lubes blades.

Seems to be a difference of opinions by users regarding this being an effective lubricant as well as coolant. So...is supplemental clipper lubricant needed?

    This spray works well for cooling your blades and disinfecting them. I would recommend getting a clipper oil (andis and wahl make good ones) in order to get adequate lubrication to your blades.

What blade number to use?

    I use a #3 3/4 Andis on her body and #10 Andis on her feet. You can leave the top of her head longer and just use scissors to trim it to the desired length. If you want a shorter cut on her face, use the #10.
