Keeping your pet comfy when you’re traveling keeps the whole crew happier. And crate training at home keeps everyone sane—especially during the puppy phase. Midwest dog crates are your secret weapon.
Midwest pet cages are designed to be easy to put together—the parts come assembled, so the crate just needs to be set up. You begin with the pan at the bottom of the crate facing down. For most crates, you then need to unlatch the lock on the outside.
Next, lift up the top and put it to the side like you’re opening a book. Now lift the top upward, which will also erect two of the sides. Pick up one of the remaining two sides from inside the crate and connect it to the other two sides. The final side can now be lifted and secured in place. Reverse the project to fold down the crate for easy storage.
Midwest pet products go beyond crates. You can also find cat trees, water bottles for small pets and double cage units for small creatures like hamsters. Midwest also sells pet mats, stainless steel water bowls, scratching posts and pet safety gates.
Some of Midwest’s most popular supplies include dog beds in a variety of styles and materials. Some models are flat and can be used inside and outside of the crates. Other dog beds have orthopedic nesting material and high walls for cuddling up. Orthopedic beds are great for aging dogs with tired joints and sore hips.
You can find Midwest dog crates at a variety of retailers, including pet experts like Petco. Your choices from Petco include double-door folding dog crates, single-door folding dog crates, fold and carry crates and exercise pens with doors.
Pick up your Midwest pet crate from a pet retailer like Petco. You can get help finding a crate that fits your pet’s specific needs by coming into one of our neighborhood Petco Pet Care Centers. Or you can order online. If you’re buying your new pet crate online, pay special attention to dimensions and measure your pet at home so you have confidence it will fit when it arrives.
A wide pet gate extension is just one type of extension gate for dogs. If you want to add a pet door to your home without creating a permanent hole in a wall or door, you can do so using a removable pet screen door or patio door panel. While every model of pet door panel is different, installation is usually as simple as placing a panel in your door frame and securing it using locking devices or screws. This type of pet door has the advantage of being removable without creating structural changes in your home.

Recently my cat of 10 years old has been sneezing for a few months. I took her to the vet got her on pills for around 3 months and it came back. Although, what’s strange to me is that I took her on vacation with me to see family in the midwest about a few days ago and she didn’t sneeze at all. But, now that we are both back in the east coast she is starting to sneeze again. What could this possibly be?
Hello. Thank your for this service. My question is about taking my 6 month old puppy to Indiana from California and I haven't started her on heart worm pills yet. The trip would be until 8/8 but I need to take her. Is there any advice to keep her safe with any specific medicine?
Royal canin or earthborn?? Thos are the choices i can buy from now

I believe my cat has anemia. He has white gums, constantly drinks water and constant urination, because hes old he no longer cleans himself so he ends up with mats on his chest and arms from drooling. Is this a sign of kidney disease?
Duke needs his nails trimmed badly they are long over due, Ive been trying to trim them myself but I don’t know what I am doing. I’d take him to a professional but I’m afraid he might nip the groomer. Duke is super sensitive about his paws. Is there something I can give him to help? Maybe some melatonin? Zylkene?
I have a Tibetan Mastiff female dog and she her age is 14+. The skin around her breasts have become very soft and while she licks that area it starts to bleed. I have been putting ointments to make the areas heal but it doesn't help. Please suggest what needs to be done. Thank you!
My dog just ate half a package of cooked bacon. Should I be concerned?
Hi there. My bunny was spayed yesterday and today she has been eating lots and pooping and peeing regularly. Before she was spayed she loved to flop down on her side to lay down but now when she tries she cannot get herself back up and kind of freaks out and flops back and forth. Before she does it she sort of leans to one side (the side with the ear where they put the IV. They also tried to put the IV on her front paw on the same side but couldn’t find a vein so it’s quite raw)
My dog has red sores and scabs that are raised above the skin, they do not weep and feel tough and dry, he has also got excessive hair loss in the same areas. I believe it could be spreading. He is a 12 year old Staffordshire bull terrier. Thanks
My dog s acting kind of strange. He has been having white eye discharge for the last week. He often gets ear infections due to allergies but I’ve been cleaning his ears. This afternoon he started acting restless. Not able to settle. Panting more than normal. He cried a few times standing up. I palpitated his stomach and moved his legs, no reaction. He is walking, eating and pooping/peeing fine so far... he seems anxious/needy. Is this a medical emergency or can it wait and see?
