I am taking care of my gfs cat on my own for a while. Its my first night. I have a very small house and the cat is pissed and has t established a hiding space yet. What should i do?
How can i treat my cat? What are somethings cats like.
My pup that is 3 1/2 months old got into my friends litter box and was chewing on a freshener cube for the litter. Salivating a lot now.
Will my 6 month old kitten grow out of playing in her litter box? It's so unsanitary. We got her a tower recently that she doesn't even touch, plus lots of boxes for her to play in. How can I get her to use cat tower more? Feliway doesn't seem to work.
My cats third eye lid is showing. She is indoor/ outdoor cat and the pollen was really strong today. How can I tell if it’s allergies or something more serious ? Can we help her with allergies ?
How do you measure a cat's length, width, and height? I'm trying to find the right size carrier for my cat.
My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors, and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
My 5 yrs. old Calico apartment cat used to a big place in my apartment , but I`m facing an upcoming surgery & I live all alone & I can`t find anyone to ta e my cat into their hose, therefore I1ll board her in a kennel & i`ma afraid she`ll go into a separation anxiety since she is used to a big place where she can walk & jump( her bladder is narrow) , but in the kennel not much space to move sound. Do you think she would benefit from this Calming Aid treat? I don`t know how to attach her photo.
Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
My cats chew and shred paper and cardboard incessantly. Help!
my 1 year old cat spray my and my boyfriends laundry baskets. Later on, I found poop in my basket. These baskets are close to my bedroom closet. Factors: this afternoon, my boyfriend and I did a deep clean of the litter boxes. We emptied each hooded box and sprayed and wiped down every side. We didn’t know what happened until after we did this. Other factor: I came home from an oddities convention and brought home a skunk pelt. I put it in my closet so the cats wouldn’t get it. So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
