Good Price, Not the best cage.

I bought 4 of these cages a month ago because they were on sale for $29.99. I kept one because I needed it, but I returned the other 3. For the price, they are ok. I found the cage to be a bit flimsy. The pull out tray is nice to have, however, it's a little small. It does not fit snugly. You have to make sure that your rabbit is either litter box trained or that you have the tray pushed all the way tight in the corner your rabbit uses. Doing this leaves a gap at the opposite two edges of the cage, so droppings can fall out onto the surface the cage is on. When I put cage together, the doors where not completely attached, so I had to use pliers to get them on. I think there are better cages out there. However, it's hard to find a cage at this price. If you are willing to live with some of the flaws, this cage is ok.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Tray too small

This cage looked perfect and the reviews made it sound wonderful. The cage is so so but the biggest disappointment was when we got our new bunny home yesterday and he peed for the 1st time. The tray to catch everything is too small for the cage. Everything keeps ending up on the floor instead of the tray. Looks like I'll be returning this layer today.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I recently started purchasing things for my pet hedgehog, and finding the right cage for the right price was a difficult task. This cage was easy to put together and will be perfect for my hedgie!

Our new Dwarf bunny's home

This cage was simple to put together and fast....only took a few minutes to do. I was concerned that the size would be small, but looks like it well be perfect for the newest addition to our family. I added a second level and just have the ramp to put in and she will have her new home ready for when we bring her home.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Ok but flimsy

I bought this rabbit cage specifically because it folds flat when not in use. I needed something to keep Bunny in when it was too hot or cold outside for him to be comfortable. This will be ok, but the tray is small so I know we will have to put another larger tray under the whole cage to keep from having a mess on the floor. Also, the wire floor is a bit annoying to get in and out, but once installed, the crate is somewhat sturdy. I wouldn't use this as a "forever" bunny home, not only because it is flimsy and the pan is too small, but it is also not big enough for adequate moving around. But all in all, it will suit my purpose but I wish it was easier to set up and take down and sturdier. The price was good.

Yes, I recommend this product.

This product is great! Large doors make it a breeze to care for your pet. Set up took a little longer than a few seconds as advertised but not too bad.

Yes, I recommend this product.

can a hedgehog fit in this cage and or can it be suitable for a hedgehog?

It does not give dimensions in description or details. Under size it says "small".

hello can a lionhead rabbit fit in there i have mine and my friend wants one so she is looking for a cage what should i tell her

      1. We have two rabbits. I bought two cages. That one, the Wabbitat, and the WARE Living Room Rabbit Home, 41.5" L X 17.5" W X 26.25" H By: WARE $149.59 was $175.99 save 15% I found the WARE one much better. The first one, the one you are asking about, is flimsy and small. The Ware rabbit cage is big and spacious. They need a space so that they can move around in their hay while they are eating and relieving themselves. Eventually, neither rabbit needed a cage, but they needed an ample litter tray filled with organic litter and first cut hay (we get ours from RabbitHole Hay in CA), so we now we use the tray for both rabbits, and both cages are in the basement, as they are litter trained and live in the kitchen.

Is this a good size for a lop eared mix

      1. Yes, the Wabbitat rabbit cage would work well for a lop eared mix.

      what size is this tray

      1. The pan size for the Model 151 Wabbitat is approximately 23 1/2" x 17 5/8"

does this cage come in a larger size?

      1. The Midwest Wabbitat cage is available in two sizes: the Model 151 is 25"L x 19"W x 20"H; and the Model 157 is 37"L x 19"W x 20.5"H.

Can this be used for a guinea pig?

      1. The Wabbitat is designed specifically for rabbits. We cannot recommend a cage for an animal that it was not intended for. The Guinea Habitat and Guinea Habitat Plus is made specifically for the needs of guineas.

can a holland lop bunny fit in this cage?

      1. Rabbits need much more room. This cage would be fine for a bunny as a home base with an attached x pen but otherwise way too small. Please do your research before considering owning an animal. Thank you!!

where can i get a resting mat?

      1. The Wabbitat includes a wire mesh floor grid that supports the bunnies hocks.

How large is the spacing between the bars?

      1. The wire spacing is 1" x 4" for the Wabbitat cage. Since the cage is specifically designed for rabbits, we cannot recommend it for use in which it was not intended..
