We love our critter nation cage. The add on really helps add to the space our ferrets. It is easy to add to the other cage and makes me want to buy more to add to the sides.

Critter nations are the best cages for a variety of animals. My ferrets do great in these cages. They’re spacious and pretty easy to assemble. The only issue I had is the pan came broken. But the petco team is working with Midwest to replace it.

Perfect. Great cage and just made it even bigger. Easy access with huge door. Can stack more units on to make cage as big as you want. Great for rats, ferrets, chinchillas....

I have had the single unit of the critter nation cage for almost a year now and I’m finally able to get the ad on my ferrets love it it’s perfect for them to play with each other and sleep there 14 to 16 hours then

I was wondering about getting this, for 2 chinchillas, I odnt wan tto get 2 cages, would it fit well?
- Yes, it will fit well. I currently have double nation cage and later on I add another level to the cage. My cage is three level. So, you don’t necessarily need to buy two cages unless your chinchillas are not get along.

I was thinking about getting this not as an add-on but as a regular cage. How many adult rats could fit comfortably in this?

Is this cage safe for my rats? I don't want them getting bumblefoot.
I don't need the bottom storage rack that comes with the single critter nation. If I buy the add-on critter nation will it be a complete set like the single? or does the top grate need to be removed from an existing single and you add this unit on top?
- The add-on unit cannot be used as a stand alone unit. The top is removed from the existing to create the top of the cage. The bottom panel has a corner open for access to the upper level.

Is the Width of the space between the bars too big for Sugar Gliders?
- Thank you for your inquiry. The spacing on the cage above is 1/2" horizontal x 5-3/8" vertical wire spacing and would be suitable for Sugar Gliders.

Does it come with TWO floors or just 1 addon or just 1 story? It displays as a 2 story but does it come as a two-story or just 1?... Thanks.
- The add -on is just one level, it comes with a full pan with the notch cut out and a shelf. You can add it to either a single or double cage.

I want to add a bin that is 35.98"L x 16.81"W x 14.24"H. Height and length will fit, but will it be TOO WIDE and cover the hole to get up and down? How much space is there between the door and the edge of the cutout?
- From the dimensions that you are giving, the bin would be too a large to fit in the cage.

I have the Critter Nation for my rabbit. Can I purchase this to place on top an house a guinea pig? Is there a way to plug the hole?
- The Critter Nation cage is a lot of cage for a guinea pig. It could be used, keep in mind guinea's are not climbers by nature. The ramp can be raised and hooked onto the "S" hook to close off the top section from the bottom section of the cage.
