Reptiles may look tough and rugged, but even they have a soft side that benefits from special care for their skin and eyes.
Shedding is a natural process for your reptilian pet as they grow, but sometimes they can benefit with some help. While proper humidity and temperature of the habitat is your first line of defense against shedding issues, shedding sprays can help reptiles have a smooth shedding process and help moisturize their new skin.
Mites can be a real pest to you and your reptile. Mite spray is developed to kill mites, lice and external parasites but is safe to use on snakes, lizards and other reptiles.
Water conditioner helps make tap water ready to use by removing chlorine and chloramines—which can irritate your turtle's eyes and skin.
Using a moisturizing treatment developed specifically for turtle and tortoise shells will help your pet maintain a strong shell and help reduce the risk of drying and cracking.

My leopard gecko has dead skin over one eye
Bearded dragon is having consistent problems in left eye. His eye has a hard crusting underneath I can not soak off! Have tried for days. Don’t want to pull it off and hurt him. His eye gets clear sticky fluid building up in the bottom of his eye. Have tried terimycin and repti rinse. He has a day and night lamp, baking is around 100 , cool side is 75. Has a Zoo med UBV bulb and timers of 12 hours on each. Eats crickets, superworme, lettuce and pellets. Substrate is reptile carpet.
Our leopard gecko has dried skin stuck in his eyes, and he cannot open them, and on top of his head. How can we help him?
Our new crested gecko has skin over her eye. Can this be removed? If so, how?
My Bearded Dragon Iris has not been opening her eyes for longer than 20 seconds. She has what looks like a black ring around her eyes (right around the eyelids) and her eyes are darker than usual and kind of dry looking. I have soaked her, given her repticalcium, and a 50/50 mixture of water and unflavored Pedialyte. The nearest exotic animal vet is 4 hours away and I have no way to get there or to keep her warm for that long.... can someone PLEASE help me!! I am very worried....
We have a Sulcata tortoise who is approx 6 mo old. His enclosure is kept at 85° ambient with a basking spot of around 100°, his humidity we try to keep at around 70-80% and he has a few humid places to hide. He has a UVB lamp. We feed him greens, kale, grass, and cucumbers and soak him 1-2 times per day. He has a calcium supplement that we sprinkle on his food a few times a wk. Recently his eyes have been sealed shut. He seems to be able to see somehow but we are very concerned. What can we do?
I recently noticed my RES's eyes were a little swollen. I bought some Repti-eye drops and I don't know if they're better, what do you think? I've been using them for four days
Hi, my leopard gecko has not been opening his eye for almost a month now, I assume he has some remaining eye caps in his eyes, he will open his eyes when I pick him up and it's all white. But since yesterday, I bought the zoomed repti shedding aid for the eye caps removal and sprayed on his eye. Today he left eye remains the same condition, but his right eye appears to have blood on it and he cannot open it fully, I don't know what happened to him and what to do
Red eared slider has swollen eyes. This is been going on for over a week close to 2 I am using repti Turtle eye drops I'm not sure if I should use them once or twice a day. I would like to know why his eyes are swollen and what I should do about it
My leopard gecko has some gunk on the inner corner of his eyeball. I don’t know what I should to clean his eye
Hello, my male, one year old leopard gecko has shown signs of an eye infection for about a month now. Two weeks ago, I did what was recommended, use sterile saline eye drops to flush out the eyes. They got worse, so I bought some actual reptile eye drops. I have been using them as directed for a little over a week, and his eyes have just gotten worse. I scheduled a vet appointment for 5 days from now, in hopes they can help my poor little guy. Is there anything I can do to help him further?
i have a leopard gecko who recently shed and got skin stuck in their eye causing one eye to be wide open and a bit pink around the eye is it an eye infection? if so, what can i do?
