How do I get my puppy to be okay with wearing clothes?

Our old harness is broken. I was wondering if you have any product recommendations or at least any ideas for a new harness? I've found some cute and comfortable one in a store in Germany but I don't know when I will be visiting Germany again.

What shampoos and other coat products would you recommend?

Is there an ear protector for a dog that has had ear surgery besides an e-collar. If not, are there e-collars that fasten with velcro instead of the plastic slots which are very difficult to fasten.?

My dog is old now and has hip issues that require we help her up. I'm looking into harnesses to make both our lives easier but am not sure which style would be more comfortable and less damaging. I can only get a few styles in my country (attaching pics) and they all look painful to me. Which of these would be best? Or would any or none be a good choice? Would one wrapping around her legs be better than one wrapping around her belly? Thanks!

I’m trying to get my puppy to wear her collar. I can get it on her but when I want to take it off to adjust it she becomes aggressive. I’m not sure what to do at this point. When we go for walks she only wears a vest with the leash attached. Is it necessary that she wears a collar?
