I have a question about certain brand dog foods. I feel like there’s so much controversy regarding Purina, science diet, even Nutro etc. People will say they contain a lot of harmful ingredients. It’s so hard to settle on a particular dog food knowing this. Is this all really true? Or should I not focus on that too much. I’m just now switching my pup over to Nutro as recommended :)

Changed diet in Sophie, from wiskas to nutro feed (both dry) about 2 weeks ago. Robin has hardly been eating lately. We feed her About 1/4 cup of Nutro hard dog food....4 little beef bite toppers chopped up and mixed with her hard dog food. She weighs less than 4 pounds and I don’t want her to starve or be hungry. She’s all normal except that she is now hardly eating her food. What should I do?
