My dog's teeth are brown at the top (not his gums)

brown have flu all time of the year how to help him he is very old

Brownie hasnt eaten his kibble in 2 days. He is usually very friendly with dogs but he is now more reserved and lazy during walks. He also has these bumps all over his back/neck that look like scabs. His ears have been red and patchy with some dandruff as well, what is wrong with brownie?
