I have 3 cats they stay inside and only go out to go to the vet. 1 is a small kitten 2 are 5 yr old adults they have periodically shown interest in going outside but I have had no real issues with any of them trying to escape. The kitten I got from the APL was microchipped when I got her the other 2 are not. I recently purchased the Pulvex tick and flea collars for my cats. I prefer the collar over the drops because they immediately run out and brush it off in the sand- not good for white cats especially. However, my cat tends to lick her collar while grooming herself.
