Can you name some very exciting treats for birds? I've been trying to connect with my bird for a while now, I've had him for two months, but he still doesn't trust me. I was hoping to get him to like me with some treats.

I have an Indian ringneck parrot about six to seven weeks old and I used to feed him with handfeeding formula but now I think he is from up and so I think I should give him fruits and veggies so can you please name some of these which he can eat ??? I noticed his stool has seeds in it recently. He is coming out of his cage, however the last 3 nights he's been sleeping in the corner bottom of cage.
