Can a dog get sick if we give him every day whole life a teaspoon of fish oil and a teaspoon of coconut oil? Weight =5,6 kg.

Is there anything extra I can do to make sure hadli stays healthy throughout her whole life. Like are there any foods that promote healthy eyes or liver or kidneys and stuff like that.

We thought they were tick bites but have not found any ticks or anything on him. The red mark went away and then the other day I found a big one on him again on his penis area. But he as only been in our yard and we treated are lawn for ticks. We are just wondering what we should do.
