Is it safe to use Dexamethasone for an 8 month old pup to misscarry a litter?

My dog is on Dexamethasone, can it cause panting? Also, are there diseases that can cause it?

My dog is a 3 year Maltese with 11 lbs. He was wearing a Scalibur necklace for flees, and by that developed a red rash around the neck. We removed it yesterday, but today he is itching, breathing more heavily than normal, and squiling. We called a vet and she told us to give him dexamethasone. We have 0.5mg human dexamethasone. We gave him 1 pill 0,5mg 5 hours ago, and 2 more half an hour ago. Total 1.5mg. Is that enough? Should we give more? When will the effect take place? Thanks!

Hallo, my furbaby was spayed two weeks ago, she developed a lump ( which is not hard) under the incision, and redness or bruised looking skin, she is on dexamethasone and antibiotic, it seems better but I don’t know if this is normal. Plse help

After taking Hoonie to the vet because of his limping, the vet gave him some dexamethasone to take for seven days 2 times a day after meals and doxycycline for 10 days two times a day after meals. Then suddenly he keeps on consuming water and urinating more than what he does before. Im so worried. Please do give me answer.

My two and a half female lab is having High tlc count near 33000 and sgot and sgpt is also high,she is acting normal,the vet is giving her DNS and D25 through IV and dexamethasone and ampicillin ..what can.be the cause n what treatment will suit her...she has no fever

So i recently asked if benadryl and a steroid shot could be the cause to my puppy throwing up after allergic reaction. I found out the steroid shot he was injected with was dexamethasone is it normal for him to be throwing up because of that shot and should i take him to vet right away or try bland diet first to see if that helps with throwing up?

i took my dog to vet the other day because her eye was swollen, red and the white part on the bottom looked as though it was covering part of her eye. he prescribed neomycin and polymysin b sufates and dexamethasone opthalic suspension ( usp). that was friday. it looked slightly better yesterday morning but now, is very red again. she has not been rough housing and has been inside most of the time.

My cat is being treated for a respiratory infection and he was doing better but today suddenly he declined and is now laying on his side with stiff front legs. He was given antibiotics, dexamethasone and nebulizer plus an iv. Why didnt he get better could his immune system be compromised? I havent done a 4dx on him. He was released to me yesterday and now the vet is already closed. Is he dying?

Why and when would the doctor choose one over the other? 4. What kind of response would we see in cats with small cell lymphoma if the drug is administered alone, that is, not used in conjunction with another chemotherapy drug such as chlorambucil? Will we see a sharp improvement in symptoms or not? Really appreciate your answers to my questions

My dog recently had a snake bite....It was Russell's Viper....we managed to save his life..by giving him anti Venom and dexamethasone injections.....along with amoxicillin-clavulanic acid tabs and few vitamin injections....now the problem is...right side of his penis area is swollen or a bit loose/hanging a little.....as compared to left side.....plz suggest and elaborate.....
