Milo is a mini dachshund and 8 months old tomorrow. We have Purina puppy chow he barely touches but this regular sized dachshund has Purina adult dog food that milo goes nuts over. Would it be OK to start letting milo eat adult Purina dog food? I don't know what else to do to get him to eat what he is supposed to be eating.

I adopted two kittens yesterday who were being fostered in an apartment, eating Purina One kitten formula. One of the kittens is experiencing diarrhea that occurred twice outside the litter box and once inside. I fed them that same Purina One last night and this morning, when it occurred twice, and then fed them a can of N&D wet food, when it occurred once more in the litter box. She seems otherwise fine in play behavior and energy levels.
Is it okay to give a kitten about 4 months old, cat treats? If the kitten is eating Purina One Kitten food, would it be okay to try to switch to another brand of kitten food, or another Purina brand kitten food? When do we switch from kitten food to regular cat food?

I feed my dogs Pure Balance Trout + Lentils (has probitics) mixed with Purina One Beyond Small Bites Lamb and Rice(has the joint support in it as well so that’s nice!) . Can you take a look at the ingredients? They don’t have any grain allergies as they tolerate Cheerios as their training treats but I liked Pure Balances Ingredients and the Purina One has not as well but they eat the food readily with the better brand and plus has free joint supplement in it. Based on a recommendation for Royal Canin alternative, i bought Purina Pro Plan Small & Mini adult. Price is similar, but Purina has more content than Royal Canin. Unfortunately, my dog doesn't wanna eat it, & i can't really just go buy another bag of Royal Canin while the other isn't empty yet. My mom already scold me because of this (doggo doesn't wanna eat her new dog food). So... What can i do to this dog food? Can i actually make my dog eat her new food? If i can, then how?? Thx again.
We switched Ivy from Purina Healthy Puppy to Blue Buffalo adult food and followed the recommended transition plan. We had her anal glands relieved about a month ago right after we switched her food completely. Now they seem to need it again. My wife is also pregnant, do you think the dog senses that and the case is maybe anxiety from the pregnancy and not the food switch? We have also decided to switch her back to Purina Adult Formula since it was not an issue when she was on the puppy food.
