Hi，I give my puppy dental treats everyday, and I put the Tropiclean mouth wash into his water foundation. But he still has dental calculus on both sides of his teeth. Is this serious? Do I need to take him to the vet? Thank you so much!

I started my pets on Fresh Breath by Tropiclean (brushless gums and teeth care that goes into their water). Since I started that my cat has diarrhea. I don't know if it's related, but that's the only thing that changed. She's going to the bathroom frequently and I'm having to clean her each time.
