Spironolactone

My healthy dog (~35lb) may have ingested my older dog’s (~38lb) enalapril maleate (10mg) and spironolactone (12.5 mg)

My dog has been diagnosed with GI disease, and has ascites. He has just been put on metronidazole 250mg and spironolactone 25mg . What can I give him for the pain? Someone said buffered aspirin, like Bayer. Is this true?

My dog has heart failure, currently on pimobendan, frusemide and spironolactone. Recently she had cough and then sudden weakness with high shriek thrice already and I'm thinking of bringing her to vet soon. Most likely she will be started on enalapril. Will that harm her kidney? Cos her BUN was already high from her last blood test. Will enalapril cause Dry cough like what it does to humans?

Can I give 8.25mg potassium which is present in Vetriscience Renal Essentials/tablet daily along with enalapril 2.5mg twice and pimobendan 1.25mg once, to clear his elevated BUN, protein in urine and echogenic sediments present in bladder.He weighs 12.200kg.Urine was acidic ph6.5 BUN 26.1 MG/DL Ref range 8.8-25.9 MG/DL Creatinine 1.15 MG/DL Ref range 0.5-1.6MG/DL I'm attaching photos of two supplements which one is safer to give please? If a 17 lb spayed female cockapoo mix is on .2 Soloxine for over 18 months, shouldn't the hair on her tail grow back? Could she be on either too high a dose or too low a dose. The vet (very old gentlemen probably close to retirement) has seen her and run blood tests on her several times and continues her on this level. She is also on Hills Diet Kidney Care and supplements from Nzymes.com.

My dog was diagnosed with CHF. His abdomen is still swollen. Lasix 40mg BID was reduced to 20 BID due to slight increase in labs for kidneys. His coughing is worse with the lowered dose. Should I ask the vet to change meds? He’s also on Pimobendan compounded 5mg BID.

My dog is on lasix for fluid around his heart. Is there any electrolyte replacement beverage formulated specifically for dogs? I am not interested in the i.v. bags.
