Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco. He is probably having a reaction to the Sentry. This is not the best product and I strongly recommend you stay away from using it. This product is known to have a high rate of reactions. If you are looking for an over the counter product I would use [Advantage II](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/advantage-ii-once-a-month-cat-and-kitten-topical-flea-treatment-over-9-lbs) but honestly, when a cat has other underlying health issues it is best to consult with your vet as to what the best product would be to use for him. At this point in time, the best thing to do is to bathe him in Dawn dish soap in an attempt to remove any residue from the Sentry and then wait two weeks before applying a different product.
