DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Read entire label before each use, and use only in accordance with label instructions. For use on cats and kittens. Do not use on kittens under the age of 12 weeks. Do not get this product in your cat's eyes or mouth. Do not bathe cat within the first 24 hours after squeeze-on has been applied. Households with more than one cat should not allow pets to groom each other until solution has dried. Cats may be treated indoors or outdoors. Product should be applied at least once per month. If cat is exposed to a highly infested environment, repeat applications may be made if necessary, but do not apply more often than once every two weeks.

Questions
I applied this on my cat's neck and the fur there got really greasy after a day or two. I used like 5 pet wipes to clean the area but it still is a bit greasy. Does anyone else have this issue?
- It's supposed to be greasy. Trying to remove just removes the med. ALL topicals are like that.

- Cats can't reach the back of the neck. Should be applied on neck between shoulders and top of head. I usually TRY to keep it closer to the shoulders.

does the heater shut off after a specific amount of time, or it is low enough heat to stay on all the time? Is there an on/off switch then?
