How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron.
I have a 65 lbs mixed breed dog. she usually takes sentinel spectrum once a month. through a miscommunication, she took it twice in 3 days. do i need to do anything?
Giving Sentinel for the first time today. Within how many minutes/hours will I see an allergic reaction if any? Is it common to get side effects from this? Luke is healthy and has never had any worms
My diabetic dog is currently on Sentinel for heartworm prevention, but I was wondering what kind of flea treatment would be best for her to use alongside it that I can purchase over the counter, so to speak. The fleas are bad this season!
Our vet gave us Sentinel to give our puppy. I just found out it does not protect against ticks. What can I use? I don’t want to give additional medicine that would overlap? I will ask vet at next visit. Oh and he’s 4 months old.
My vet told me that I should not get my dogs Sentinel, or Frontline from anywhere other than the vets office due to possible counterfeit products being sold. What is your thought? How about buying them from Petco? The cost of these is difficult to pay, but did buy as a responsible pet owner.
Cuddles has perfect health takes a sentinel once a month everymonth for fleas and heartworms. I noticed this morning she has a bald spot on her tail and have no idea what it is caused by or if i should worry ( km absolutely freaking out) ive attached a photo of the bqld spot normal my thumb for size reference and a zoomed in photo.
Hi doc! I’m having a flea issue. My apartment complex can’t spray the grass, and it is currently infested. My dog has gotten fleas 3 times In the last month or so. He’s on sentinel which kills flea eggs, and has gotten flea baths, but is there anything else I can do? He has super sensitive skin and I feel so bad when I see how red it is getting. I was thinking Nexgard, but wanted a second opinion first.
We just had his initial appointment with the vet for his shots and a general health check up he is completely healthy but they wanted to give him some preventative medications for fleas and ticks and also for heartworms tapeworms and hookworms. He gave me sentinel spectrum for all the worms and he gave me nexgard for the fleas and ticks but they both say they treat for fleas. Should I be giving him both of these medications or is it as unnecessary as I think? I don’t want to give him so many.
Hello, I have a 6.5 week old Boxer, the runt, in which I picked up on Sunday, he is only 3 lbs and the mother dried up, the breeder stated she had been feeding them soft food with water, he had pooped the day I go him, however very little since and today nothing, he continues to drag his bottom on the ground, floor, etc and pushes to poop but nothing, he was given wormers and I was told no worm, also he was given sentinel
we think B had a secure about 1am. she can't sit up at all her pupils are very large no dry but warn kind of alert no foaming of the mouth
What’s better ? Hartguard or interceptor ? Bravecto or frontline ?
