How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron.
I have a 65 lbs mixed breed dog. she usually takes sentinel spectrum once a month. through a miscommunication, she took it twice in 3 days. do i need to do anything?
We just had his initial appointment with the vet for his shots and a general health check up he is completely healthy but they wanted to give him some preventative medications for fleas and ticks and also for heartworms tapeworms and hookworms. He gave me sentinel spectrum for all the worms and he gave me nexgard for the fleas and ticks but they both say they treat for fleas. Should I be giving him both of these medications or is it as unnecessary as I think? I don’t want to give him so many.
my cat isnt opening his eyes n has tears. hes barely moving
This might be a weird question, but can topical flea meducation like advantix or frontline cause steroid responsive meningitis?
There is decent size lump under my dogs eye, on the lower lid. He's had it since he was a little poopers. It's pretty hard, though i havnt pressed or squeezed it very much since it's in a sensitive area. He dosnt seem to notice it and it dosnt bother him that I'm aware. Just curious if it's something that can just continued to be monitored or if a vet visit is mandatory?
dog (5kls) accidentally ate my other dog's enalapril (.25mg).what should i look out for? he's 2 yrs old with no heart condition at all.
My lab is 4 years old has swelling in his ankle. I hv blood report of him, but can not understand. Plz tell me everything is all right. Help.
Angel has lung CA, X-ray 1 week ago showed primary mass increasing in size, lots of new smaller masses, RR currently 46 (vet said 30-40 fine), nasal flaring, use of accessory muscles, and new fine crackles to RLL. She looks comfortable, resting, eyes closed, should we bring her to ER or wait til morning? It’s 2230 right now, could try to get her into regular vet in morning. What could be done to make her comfortable? 1xdose furosemide? Currently on prednisone, gabapentin, CBD. Thanks!!
Do you know what this is
Our 11 year old Maltese went in for some blood work (getting ready for dental surgery) came back with liver/ pancreatic enzyme levels 6 times normal level. She is alert, still eating everything in site. Her CBC levels were normal. Vet is not ruling anything out. Any theories on what could be going on? I've read about PSS, common in these dogs, but that is usually diagnosed in their puppy years. She has a ultrasound appointment Saturday to figure out what is wrong.
hi, there is a feral cat who comes around the house for food and to spend time with our own cat. he's friendly to other cats but won't let humans approach. for a couple of weeks his right eye has been weeping, and today we noticed it is almost opaque with white and gray fluid. his appetite and behavior has not changed but his coat is also looking a bit matted and bad. please see attached photo... could this be a serious eye infection? he would be a very difficult cat to trap and bring to a vet.
