Is it safe to use "crystal" litter after paw surgery?

You We have been to our local vet last night and this morning. Our pup has gotten his paw infected. He is in a cone and on antibiotics now (only 2 dosages so far). We have been doing warm compresses as recommended to help the swelling. Our dogs paw is slightly bleeding from infection on top of his paw and has dried blood in his white fur. We are trying to find out if hydrogen peroxide is safe to use on a dog's paw?

Baby baby has a loose piece of paw padding at the edge of his paw padding. He keeps licking at it as if he’s trying to take it off. Is it safe if I cut it off with nail clippers for him?

Hi, my dog cut his paw from running/jumping. Given the location of the laceration-where the pad meets the flesh-- will there be any complications? i.e reopen wound from abrasion or exerting pressure?
