The product itself is fine! But the deicer received from Petco was discolored and a quarter was in a large hard clump, indicating it was not stored properly

We've use this product for many years because of our concern for our pets and have been happy knowing it's safe for them and yet works so well melting ice.

This stuff is great! Melts snow and ice and is safe for pets, plants, my tropical hardwood deck, and brick driveway. Doesn't get better than that. Oh wait! Yes it does. Petco had the lowest price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I haven’t been able to use this yet as we haven’t had any snow, I’m really happy to support a company that is making products that are not only safe for pets but safe for the environment. It’s nice to know that while you are using something, your not harming other things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bag of animal safe ice melt last week. I always use animal safe because I have two cats that go in and out even in winter. I worry about getting chemicals on their feet. This looks like it will be a good product to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my back patio where my dogs go to release themselves. I like that these are pellets so they won’t get caught in my dogs’ paws or be drug into the house from people’s shoes. They are also safe for pets and attract the heat to keep the area free of ice.
