my dog has normal appetite..is very playful...lots of energy but is passing bloody liquidy stool.i give her Purina puppy chow. she also for some reason eats insects. Could this be the cause of her bloody stool?....can a dog be allergic to puppy chow?

My chow chow dog has a really awful breath. I checked her teeth and gums and there are no swollen areas.
