How can you sell or even have on your shelves....HILLS PRESCRIPTION DIET DOG FOOD????? After excessive Vitamin D killed hundreds of dogs, including My Sweet Loving Lani, with "poison"....no quality controls at Hills when their third party added two times the amount of Vitamin D to their product????? Prescription Diet....there's no FDA ingredient in it that requires a prescription.....just corporate wanting MONEY.....
If my cat were to start a diet of Hill's® Prescription Diet® c/d Multicare Urinary Care Stress Cat Food, could this bladder stone break up/dissolve and pass?
My pet did a urinalysis and crystallizations were noted. X-ray was done, and the crystals were NOT in his bladder. Blood test was normal. Should I still switch him over to the prescription kibble diet? I feel he does just fine with the raw diet. What should I do to remove the crystals? Should I just switch him over to the prescription diet?
Is purina pro plan kidney function advanced care canned diet as good a prescription kidney diet as royal Canin and hills canned kidney diets? Purina seems to be the one my cat prefers most. Thanks!

My 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog has been having Diarrhea for a few weeks now. We have tried medication, prescription food, probiotics, and nothing has worked. It does stop if I give her a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice for a couple days, but as soon as I try to mix in her regular food (Purina One Smart blend healthy weight ) the issue comes right back. We are currently feeding her Hills I/d prescription diet with a probiotic and metronidazole. What would you recommend the next step be?
