Smaller bags please!

Please make smaller bag size available! Our dog has been on this prescription diet for over a year now. She readily eats her food when the bag is freshly opened. But, without exception, she will hardly touch it several weeks later when the bag is still approximately 1/4 to 1/3 full, as if the contents have gone bad or stale. When a new bag arrives, she devours it. We store the food as directed, in a cool/dry place and in the original bag. Always end up having to throw away a large portion.

Thank you for reaching out. At Hill’s, our commitment is to cater to the requirements of both our pet owners and retail partners. We strive to provide a well-rounded selection of products that align with current market trends and the demands of pet owners. To uphold our rigorous standards, we routinely assess our product range. If the bag is stored properly and within the shelf life, the food should still be fresh and palatable. However, for extremely finicky animals, a bag that has been open for several weeks probably does not have the same aroma as a freshly opened bag of food. We recommend storing the food in the bag and trying to tightly roll down the top of the bag to maintain the aroma. We genuinely appreciate your communication with us, and will pass your feedback to the appropriate department.

Liver care dry food

The only problem I have with this food is that the dry liver cat food is not offered in smaller bags. I have a Chihuahua and he only eats 2 tablespoons of the dry per day and 4 tablespoons of wet per day. He’s a small dog please consider making this in a smaller size bag. I don’t wanna have to switch over to Royal Canaan. I like Hills better for all my pets.

Please make a smaller size available in the US. I saw they have smaller sizes in Europe. I have a small dog and despite it being stored properly it seems like it’s rancid halfway to finishing….17 lbs is just too big for a small dog.

My dog has liver problems but like many others have commented the bags are too big. Please make smaller size bags. Our dogs cannot eat the product fast enough for it to stay fresh!

I ordered this and I was hoping it would arrive before thanksgiving. UNFORTUNATELY, the delivery companies have no common sense. MY order was delivered AT 10PM with a A DARK BLURRED PICTURE, SENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE. HOW CAN YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF AN ITEM IN THE DARK? WHY DELIVER AT 10PM? I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND I WILL BE REFUNDING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DELIVERY SHOULD BE BETTER!

No, I do not recommend this product.
