Weird red bump on dog paw. Almost hairless, firm and raised

Hi, I have found a small lump/inflamed area on my dogs paw. It looks as though he's been kicking/itching it.. the dark area on the photo is hair.

Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?

How to treat a hot spot on front paw?

Aloha! Pono lives outside and has a dog house and large cover/garage where he is able to keep dry. It has been raining lately very hard here in Hawaii. I just noticed today that he is limping on one paw. Attached is a photo of his foot. It looks cracked, and a large missing piece from his paw. It seems to be raw and painful. Should I clean it and apply Paw Soother (photo attached)? Should I wrap it up or let it air out? Thank you so much in advance.

My dog on his back paw between his toes is red with some brown spots on it. He at times tries to lick the paw or bite the nails

Took my 10 month old yorkie puppy to the vet today as her rear paw pad looked strange (see photo). They did X-rays and determined it's a congenital defect with the bone. They want to amputate her toe. Looking for Second opinion. I have attached photos of the x-rays
