There are baked treats and delectable freeze-dried fruits. The baked treats all contain hay, which is a vital staple in many small animals’ diets.
The Oxbow Essentials line has feed for all sorts of small animals—like rabbits, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs and chinchillas. It contains the vitamins and minerals needed to give your small pets a well-rounded, wholesome meal. All Oxbow Essentials products include Timothy hay, which is known for its digestibility. The Oxbow Enriched Life food bowl can be great to hold either feed or water, and it’s designed not to tip over. The forage bowl helps them slow down while eating, and they can add some fun to food time while encouraging moderation by making the food a little more challenging to eat.
The Oxbow Pure Comfort litter is made of 100% pure, never-printed paper and comes in either white or tan for a soft and comfy bed for your critters to snuggle in or burrow into. It is purity tested and free of additives, and the bedding can trap up to 800% of its weight in moisture for excellent absorbency and odor control.
Oxbow Eco-Straw litter is made entirely of wheat straw and is naturally absorbent and dust-free. It clumps for easy disposal, and the pellets expand to hold 300% of its weight in moisture. It’s also consumable, so if your pet eats it, there’s no need to stress—it actually has a high fiber content. Along with small animals, they also have larger Eco-Straw pellets for large rabbits and cats.

You may want to consider putting a bowl of water in his cage and see if he will drink from that as well. Also the ball in those bottles can become difficult to push back and may not seem broken but may be too tough for the bunnies tongue to manipulate. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.

Hi there! Storm can drink out of a water bowl no problem. I have two rabbits, and even when we are camping they drink out of their water bowls. I find this is cleaner and easier than dealing with dripper bottles that always leak. The key is you need a very heavy, crockery-type bowl that can't be dumped over--this works best. And make sure you change the water at least every other day. Have fun--buns are the best! PS if you insist on using the bottle, he will absolutely figure it out sooner or later :).

Oxbow has pellets and timothy hay in their product line. The majority of the diet should be timothy hay or similar grasses. Pellets should be limited to no more than a 1/2 cup daily. Alfalfa should not be offered after 7 months of age. Trim nails every 3-4 weeks if necessary. Your veterinarian can show you how initially. Teeth should be checked monthly. A yearly exam should include a dental exam and teeth trimming if indicated. Symptoms of overgrown teeth include decreased appetite, drooling, pawing at the mouth, swelling or discharge.

If you are using a sipper bottle to provide water to Toffee, I would not recommend putting produce items into it (i.e. infused water). Often our exotic companion mammals are very picky about how their water tastes, and this may result in an aversion to her water bottle. If you are offering her water in a bowl, she will likely drag bedding (and potentially feces) into the bowl and contaminate it. This would also be suboptimal. If you are interested in feeding produce to Toffee, I would recommend focusing on vegetables such as bell peppers, green beans, cucumbers, and tomatoes. I would not recommend feeding fruit, as it can upset their gastrointestinal tract. I hope that answers your questions, and thank you for using Boop by Petco!
