Purchased this one and the largest one they had. Was extremely pleased at first. They worked great. The o ring then came out of the large one and you can't buy any o ring to replace it. They use a special one. The small one failed on me not long after. With they would sell replacement parts or just flat out make em better.

Not only did they completely fail at making a no drip bottle, being forced to shake and poke the metal balls loose to let water through/ create a seal so water stops pouring out ect single day; in less than one week the rubber seal has come out of the nozzle. Luckily it happened in my hands while I was trying to get it to properly work for the thousandth time and not while my ferrets were drinking from it. Not only has Oxbow completely lied about the function of this product; they are putting your animals at risk of injury.

This water bottle has a steady drip. It’s the third time I’ve bought this product. No thanks. Don’t buy.

Worst Water Bottle Ever!!! Not only is it not dripless- it’s just the opposite! Leaks out immediately.

Snout leaks after a few weeks. I can't get it to stop.

This is not ‘drip-less.’ It empties out into the cage within hours. I have to put a large bowl under it or it west the whole cage. I have to buy something else. It’s honestly a terrible product.

Awful. I had very high hopes, because of the Oxbow brand, but this might be the worst bottle we’ve ever purchased, and that’s saying something because we haven’t found a bottle that doesn’t leak or fall apart. This one, though, is like a sieve. We put the water in and then watch it immediately start dripping.

I am on my 3rd one and they have all leaked just like any other water bottle. I’m losing hope with water bottles.
